In other words, its rRNA is fragmented into two parts. They were right. In cells where the ribosome amino acids combine to form proteins, occasional errors may occur. But in the naked mole-rat are very limited: its proteins contain terminix 40 times less mistakes than mice! "The unaltered proteins are more efficient and allow the body to function better," says Andrei terminix Seluanov, director of the study.
