For amaranth I first heard when I was with pleasure I read Maslinkine postove.Prvo rules of popcorn candy, but I managed to make beautiful pictures, so this post remains for another time ;)) Since I have left amaranth, I've been fooling around on Net looking for recipes and stumbled across these biscuits. They are very tasty and nutritious dimensions but not as crunchy as cookies already have a spongy teksturu.Hrskavost give them just popcorn amaranth which Simmering under the teeth. Oh, they're great! You will need:
1.5 cups flour 1 banana 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1 egg 1 cup flour 1/4 cup oil or 40g butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 sachets of vanilla sugar or a little vanilla extract prsohvat salt PREPARATION:
Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla and butter and add the mashed banana. In another bowl, pamešajte flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Russian salad


Olives is under FBI investigation. It is finely researched the possibilities kumquat of preparing amaranth kumquat in local cuisine. And I for amaranth would not even know that was not it. Guess - once or ice cubes out of them I could not pull out! It took or used magic or wait until they start to dissolve. E so. Sclerosis in progress. Pralines are otherwise tasty - a headache. It's great these creams inside. A chocolate like chocolate, it can not be. What's wrong is that we mostly ate them dear and I, and it is puuuuno sugar for a short time. JBG. Ingredients: 200 g dark chocolate 250 ml heavy cream 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon yellow kumquat honey 50g butter kumquat 1 teaspoon of semolina 4-5 tablespoons of popcorn from amaranth Procedure: 1 On a dry, kind heated skillet pour 3-4 tablespoons of amaranth and make popcorn. Bravo for this post :) For me it's amaranth prune often on the table, not just in the morning muesli, but also as a risotto, and in bread or a meal with vegetables. Did you know that amaranth leaves are edible? Interesting fact I just learned


Mnogo volim kada se sa pijace vratim belarus sa  povrćem koje nikada ranije nisam probala. Sreći tada nema kraja. Prošlog vikenda iz mog cegera su se šepurili : tikva špagetarka, limun krastavac, bodljikavi krastavac i lišće crvenog amarantha. Pravo malo bogastvo!
Sigurno ste upoznati sa upotrebom semena amarantha, ali da li ste ikada probali lišće ove biljke? Amaranth  pripada familiji Chenopodiaceae te je u  srodstvu sa spanaćem, blitvom i cveklom. Njegovo lišće je ipak superiornije belarus od rođaka jer na primer  lišće amaranta sadrži tri puta više kalcijuma i niacina nego lišće spanaća ili sedam puta više gvožđa od lišća salate.  Lišće amaranta se nekada naziva i kineskim spanaćem i dobar je izvor vitamina A , K, B6 i C. Veoma je popularno u kineskoj, vijetnamskoj i indiskoj kuhinji. Koristi se za pripremu supa ,kuvanih i stir-fry jela. Veoma često se kombinuje sa kuminom, ljutim paprikama te belim i crnim lukom. Međutim kao i spanać nije ga preporučljivo podgrevati zbog pretvaranja nitrata u nitrite koji  imaju kancerogeno i toksično dejstvo. Takođe zbog oksalata koje sadrži treba ga umereno upotrebljavati sirovog u salatama. Ako se pitate belarus kakvog je ukusa, meni najviše podseća  na zelje. Mada je  sirovo malo kiselo za moj ukus. Međutim, kratkro proprženo uz beli luk , maslinovo ulje i ljutu paričicu je divan prilog.
Potrebno je: ( za dve osobe) 300 gr listova amarantha 50 gr rukole  2 supene kašike maslinovog ulja 2 čena belog luka, izgnječena presom ili sitno iseckana 2 kafene kašičice limunovog soka 1 kafena kašičica sitno seckane ljute papričice ( ako ne volite ljuto , smanjite količinu ili preskočite) so i biber po ukusu  Priprema: Amarant operite i naseckajte na trakice. U tiganju sa debelim dnom ,  zagrejte kašiku maslinovog ulja na srednjoj temperaturi , dodajte beli luk i ljutu papriku  i kratko propržite , oko 30 sekundi. Dodajte amaranth i dobro promešajte. Pustite da se prži oko minut dok se listovi ne smlate od toplote. Sklonite sa vatre, umešajte rukolu belarus , limunov sok , kašiku maslinovog ulja i posolite i pobiberite po ukusu. Sve dobro pomešajte i služite odmah kao prilog belarus uz meso ili ribu. Prijatno !

Leaves  are popular in Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian cooking and  can be used in stir-fries, curries belarus and soups.  The young leaves are also a delicious and versatile salad green.Across world, belarus cumin, chilly, onions, and garlic are common pairings for amaranth leaves. Just steam, stir-fry, or sautee them like spinach or eat them fresh in a salad. But avoid reheating them after they are cooked. This could cause their nitrates to convert to nitrites which is associated with an increased risk of certain cancers.  I used amaranth leaves for delicious and simply stir fry with garlic, chilly olive oil and lemon juice. Great as a side dish.  Ingredients:  300 gr amaranth leaves  50 gr arugula  2 tbsp olive oil  2 tsp lemon juice  1 tsp chopped chilly 2 garlic cloves , pressed  salt and pepper to taste      Clean the amaranth leaves and wash them properly. Chop the leaves finely along with tender stalks. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add chopped garlic , chilly and fry for 30 seconds. Add the amaranth leaves  and fry for 1 min until the amaranth is cooked. Remove from the heat and add arugula , lemon juice , tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss the leaves together and transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Promotion noble project titled


Promotion noble project titled "Songs to see," will be held on the occasion of the World Day "Beli stick" dedicated to blind and visually. In the presentation of this project will be promoted book of love poetry and CD titled "Amaranth pheasant or infinite love," poet Ivanka Radmanovic.
"The songs that they see" a project that has a humanitarian character. The aim is to raise funds to help blind and visually. The initiators of the project are Ivanka Radmanovic poet from New York (USA) and All About the Agency from Belgrade with the support of the Union of Serbia blind. Otherwise, Ivanka Radmanovic his collection of poems "Amaranth or the infinite love" inspired Zarko Lauševića that after twenty years back playing, so it is accepted that says Ivanka's poetry and that, along with actress Loro Orlović, record a CD, and both artists are renounced fee, also with the desire to join in this noble project. This project is the beginning of a continuous action that we plan to mark next year, except for funds to revitalize bilioteke for blind and visually impaired, "Dr Milan Budimir" in Belgrade, it is necessary to provide funds for equipping the Centre for Information Technology and Assistive Technology to help blind and visually pupils, students, apprentices assist pheasant in the work.
