Sladjana do not know where you're from but in Belgrade amaranth can be found in biošpajzu both as grain and popcorn are made very simple: Preheat a skillet, put 2-3 tablespoons of grain, slightly hung ie keep the lid over the skillet but do not totally prune put-downs that are paired and gently shaking pan ... very quickly finished and you have to watch that you do not blow too because they are small and thus a "gentle" ie easily blown.
