Pizza grandinio, rice noodles and couscous "Tratturi - Molise grasshopper in Motion
Fresh from a grueling editorial meeting (because when we all come together on the spot for the holidays on the occasion to dissect the issues accumulated in the months of electronic communications), grasshopper you do not pay, some editors and some heroic tireless editors tratturi have traveled last night Ripalimosani for the "Day of Cultural Diversity", an initiative organized by the municipal administration together with the Association intercultural "First March".

The intention was to take the first contacts to start our next survey on the situation of migrants in Molise and in Italy, but first we enjoyed dinner prepared by migrants and migrant association "First March" with typical dishes Kurdistan, Argentina, Cuba, Morocco, the Philippines, Indonesia and ... Ripalimosani (ciabotta with pizza grandinio).
And at this point we will reveal a page in the history of embarrassing Tratturi, which in its infancy, in the busy brainstorming in search of the name for the blog, threatened to be called just "ciabbotta", or even "pizza and soup."
The food was great and pleasant surprise we noticed that no suspicion gastronomic curbed the public of Molise - including us - in front of the buffet. Unfortunately, our digestion was marred by the inevitable and myeloma interventions of the mayor of Ripalimosani Paolo Petti and regional councilor for social policies Angiolina Fusco Perrella.
"They grasshopper need us and we need to respond generously" (And we do not need them when harvesting tomatoes or look after our old for wages that none of us would accept?)
