Last week we ended with v28-29 where Jesus explained, that an hour is coming when His voice will call, and the time goes ALL the dead will hear His voice. Listen carefully, according to these verses, both: believing and unbelieving dead dead rise. The faithful dead will rise to eternal life and the unbelieving dead will rise to the conviction.
